Friend,
The storm might have lasted mere minutes, but the clean-up lasts for months.
It’s weather season in Oklahoma (OK, it’s always weather season in Oklahoma), and we know that tornadoes, high winds, floods, and rain are coming our way. The storms will come and go quickly, but the damage and clean-up will last a long time.
Making a mess is quick. Cleaning up a mess takes a while.
It’s one thing to spill the milk and feel obligated to clean up your own mess, but it’s vastly unfair to have someone else ransack your kitchen, leave it for you to find, and then never return to clean it up. Leaving you with broken plates to sweep up in a pool of mixed beverages.
And that’s what happened to you.
Someone else made a mess of your life. They ransacked your life, broke it into pieces, and left you to pick up the pieces. And that’s a lot. You may have been picking up the pieces for years, but you still find shards of glasses and chunks of bowls in random places.
But you’ve persisted.
We’re proud of you.
Love,
Aaron
Exactly!
Another good one🫶
